Payment FAQ

What happens when your 14-day free trial is over
When the 14-day free trial ends, your chatbot will be automatically charged according to the plan you selected. The chatbot might be suspended if you haven’t registered your payment info.
First-time payment registration
When you create a chatbot on Creator, you will not be charged during the 14-day free trial period, even if you entered your payment info. You will only be charged on the payment date. The first payment amount is based on the plan fee of the bot. The cost per engaged fan will not be charged on the first payment date of the bot; it will be charged from the second payment date.
Billing rules
Every bot is charged on a monthly basis. You can create 12 chatbots at most. Your monthly payment includes: plan fee of the bot, and the Cost per Engaged Customer of the bot. An Engaged Customer refers to: a person who has sent/received private messages from your bot, or left a comment on your auto-reply post. If a person only liked your Facebook Page or liked/shared your Facebook posts, he or she will not be counted as Engaged Customer.

For example, if you created a bot on November 1st, you would soon start the 14-day free trial. Your billing date is November 15th. Even if you registered the credit card during the free trial period (e.g., November 5th), the bill will still be charged on November 15th. The first payment only includes plan fee for the last month (i.e., from November 15th to December 14th) without the Cost per Engaged Customer of the bot (according to the the 14-day free trial). The next bill will be charged on December 15th, which includes both the plan fee of the bot and the Cost per Engaged Customer of the bot, and so on. (Note: The bill is counted when each bot is created. You will be charged after the 14-day free trial ends. Each bot is chaged based on a single bill.)
Update/remove credit card information
Please go to “account settings” > “payment” to update the payment method. Please keep in mind that if the credit card is removed or incorrectly entered, all your bots that are over the free trial period will be suspended in 7 days.
Cancel subscription
To cancel your subscription, please follow the steps,
  1. Delete the bot: the billing will stop when you delete the bot. Please keep in mind that when the bot is deleted, it cannot be undone. Please head to “Settings” on the side menu to delete it.
  2. Remove the credit card: When you remove the credit card, the payment will be terminated on the payment date of the next month. All of your bots that are over the free trial period will be automatically suspended in 7 days. Please head to “account settings” > “payment” to remove the payment method.
